Email Template

I would like to send out some emails using an email template but can find no information on which format to save the template so my links will be clickable.

I am using Publisher 2007

This mainly depends on what email client you're using, and whether you can generate a message in that client using an HTML file generated in Publisher.
I use Lotus Notes, and I can use HTML in the body of a message I create using the full client, so I probably could generate HTML in Publisher, and paste it into Notes, though I haven't tried it.
Do you want to send the same email with links to a list of clients, or do you want to generate a custom email with unique links for each recipient ?

This is a mass email to members signed up to receive it. Just one content with no merged information.

Can you send one email, with HTML content, BC'd to the whole list ? That simplifies it immensely! Or how about an email with a link in it, and the link opens the HTML page on your web site - or, as in many broadcast emails I receive - both methods, with the note, if you can't see this content, "click on this link" ?
