I have a simple question, hopefully. Just can't find the answer.
All my users use their own email signature/disclaimer within outlook 2000.
Is it possible to add a default one using Exchange 2000? If so how?

Thanks

John

This work under Exchange 5.5. DOn't know if the same is applicable to Exchange 2000. You might want to use IMS extension DLL, imsext.dll. That might meet your requirement. Just a brief outline :

1) Get the dll file from Backoffice 4.5 Resoirce Kit cdrom
2) Copy it to <windows NT directory/system32
3) Register the dll : regsvr32 imsext.dll
4) set registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIMC\Parameters with a new string value NonRoutingExtensionDLL that contain the path (including filename imsext.dll) as at (2)
5)Set registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSexchangeIMC\Parameters with a string value OutboundAppend that contain the default disclaimer that you want. This should be in RTF format.
6) Done

Perhaps you would want to refer to this article from Microsoft.com :
