System is SBS 2003. Half of internal email accounts get mail through pop3 connector, other half through SMTP. All email accounts with same domain extension. Setup this reason prior to my arrival (unknown exactly why).
A particular outside sender (Bob, and only Bob), sends an email to an account that is configured to use the pop3 connector, reception occurs. When bob sends to a user that is not configured to use the pop3 connector, he gets a user unavailable message and delivery does not occur. Sorry, exact wording of Bob's error message is missing right now, I'll get details tomorrow. Otherwise, all sending and recieving is working just fine, just a problem receiving from Bob.
Idea's as to where I should start looking?
