Has anyone come accross this error message before, apparently it can be resolved on the Exchange? I would liek to know how to stop this from poping up.

'A program is tring to access e-mail address you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?
If this is unexpected, it maybe a virus and you should choose "No"'

I take it you're using some third party package to do something? That's typically what causes that security message.

Or Word mail merge.

If you deliberately tried to send email/s then allow it, if not then don't allow it. You can remove the security on Outlook, but check the other things first.

Yes it is word mail merge, sorry I should have added that!
