we are experiencing some problems with archived email retrieval from outlook clients.
on occasions the retrieval will fail and on other occasions can take quite a long time. (over 1 min)
i have read about changing the oplocks setting in the registry to help with retrieval time.
is this done at the sever level were the data resides or from the requesting client,
are there any issues caused with changing this setting
