Hello

I am having trouble with a couple of machines that have NAV 2004 and Internet Security. When we do a mail merge and try and send out more than 12 emails we get an error saying that we have lost connection to the ISP. Sending less than 12 is no problem have disabled NAV and internet security but it still comes back with an error.

Any info would be great.

I am having a similar problem when I do a mail merge (we use Act as a generator of emails to send out monthly mailings). We have Norton Antivirus and disabling it doesn't help either. I would greatly appreciate any advice you get. Thanks!

Hello jfguerra

I finally got round it be completley removing Internet security, and when we do a large mail shot we just disable Norton from scanning both incoming and outgoing e-mails and that seemed to do the trick.
