Email problem

I am having a problem with one individual mail box.

Basically I have deleted the mailbox and recreated it, this seemed to work and I sent a test message to the mail box after dismounting the mailstore and remounting.

One of my colleagues then tried to send a mail to the mail box and the user is not receiving the messages?

I've looked at the mailbox on the and it is only showing 1 message - where is this email going?

Any ideas why this is happening??

Turn on message tracking on your exchange server. Then filter all of the email based on the recipient that is having problems. Hopefully that will give you some insight as to what is happening.
