Email Notification

From the MMS Internet messaging message delivery test, I can run a successful send mail test from the MSS to a valid email address on the domain that arrives in my Microsoft Exchange mailbox, but for message notification when a mailbox has automatic notification turned on in thier subscriber options assistant tab, they never receive a notification to email letting thme now they have a message in thier mailbox. Need assistance fixing.

Do you have the address set up as "SMTP: username@domainname.com"?

Yes. email address is correct. Like I stated before, the internet messaging test on the MMS works fine from a user ext to a valid email address on our domain, but not from message notification option with subcriber options to the same email address within the domain.
