New email is arriving marked as unread but is not appearing in the system tray. Notification enabled in tools/options but this is a pop up box anyway and does'nt apply.
Microsoft site suggest this is a problem related to a nat type network. This system has all external ip address and are running as citrix clients and only 1 user has the problem.
I thought maybe it was a problem with exchange but there is nothing which enables disables this feature in active directory in the users profile or exchange admin.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
