I have CCC Reporter running on Server 2003 SP2.

I am trying to run a Preset Report to send "Lost Call ICLID" report via email to the call center supervisors, and to a printer with no luck. I can however run the report manually.

I do have the CCC Reporting admin console email settings set to the exchange server for the SMTP settings, and a made up email address in the email address section.

I have the CCC Reporter set up to notify every hour during working hours with the most current lost call info available.

When looking into the history under the "Administration" tab I see the "Task started", then I get (2)errors of "could not access 'CDO.MESSAGE' object", Then I get a "Task completed successfully" message. But the report is never sent via e-mail or to the printer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Steve G.

Do a Google search on the error message and you will find your answer

Does anyone know of a way to change the SMTP Port for Reporter?

Our exchange SMTP port is different than port 25 and I don't see any place to make that change.

Check that you installed the IIS SMTP Service in add remove programs

Make sure you can access the SMTP server

try telnet <servername> 25

You should get some sort of response

If not find out why you can access the SMTP server

It could also be a problem ASPNET not being able to attach the report because it can not write to a temporary folder

I allowed users write access to C:\Inetpub\

Make certain that you have office on the machine that is running the application. I had the same issue so I installed OpenOffice( on the machine and the issue was resolved.
