I'm having sporadic issues in the One-X Portal when switching profiles where I receive the following: "Email Address has not been set by your administrator. Email options will be disabled if the profile is activated" When I open Manager, I see that the Voicemail Email field is blank. Entering the email address of course resolves the issue but I'm not sure what's causing it to occur in the first place. No reports of email delivery to standard users are reported, just periodic issues with the One-X users. This is on IP Office 500 v2, version 9.0.506.1.
