Email Issue

Hi Guys,

We hae approx 500 Lotus notes users running R5, some people approx 5 of them are reporting an error when they send mail externally to someone running either Outlook or Outlook Express it seems to chop of over half of the message so the recipient is not getting the whole email.

We have re-installed notes on these peoples machines and tested again but it still intermittently does this.

Anyone have any ideas?

Any chance the problem is on the recipient end? Perhaps the ISP used by the Outlook users only allows messages up to a certian size to come through without being truncated?
