Hello,

This is probably an easy question but I'm new to this stuff.

I have both Lotus Notes and Outlook Express installed on my computer system, and whenever I send an email using lotus notes, the receiver always gets the address that has been installed with Outlook as the sender, not the one from Lotus.

For example, supposed I have added an account outlook@ms.com to outlook express, and notes@lotus.com to my lotus notes application, when i send an email using lotus notes the recipient always sees the email as coming from outlook@ms.com.

Is there a way to fix this and have the correct address show up?

Thanks

Check the Location document in your personal address book. The Internet Address field's value will be used on outgoing mail messages.

Are you using the Notes Client 5.0.x or one of the web clients - iNotes or Web Notes? Sounds to me like you're using a web client, and your browser has the default mail client set to Outlook. If you have to use browser-based clients for both, consider loading a copy of Netscape to run the iNotes client.
