Hi,

Hope someone can help me, we re currently running Windows 2003 server, with an exchange 2003 SP2 Server messaging system. Basically we have a user that's getting harrassed with emails from a couple of specific addresses. To cut a long story short the police have asked us to be able to block the emails but be able to make a record of them by forwarding onto a group. So we can give them to them on demand. Is there a way to do this without having a rule setup on the account in question. It needs to be as unnoticable as can be for the user so that they are not getting upset by the emails coming in. So ideally rules and alerts on her account is a no go option,

Thanks in advance.

Not sure how much money you are willing to spend. But mimecast service can do exactly that. You will set them as your MX record. And they will cut out spam and the like. But there system is very configurable I'm sure there would be a way to set a rule up that when an email comes in from a specific person it will redirect that message to another email box.
