I have users who would like there email to be recieved in the office(internally) and
to there home email
PLUS

sent to another Administrative assistant in the office also.

Can this be done ??

Currently i have setup a "Contact" w/ there home email and on their mailbox Exchange General tab/delivery options/forwarding going to
the "Contact" (home email).

Where else can the additional user at work be setup to recieve a copy ??

Thanks Gang !!1

Create a mail enabled group and forward from the recipient to the mail enabled group. Then just put those who need to get the mail as a recipient of the group.

It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.

Thanks

Do i have to create an exchange email address for the group?

Can it be hidden also(not viewable in global address book) ?

thanks Lander

Yes, you have to create a mailbox, but you can simply hide it from the address list after it's created.

The following should work for delivering mail internal to the main-user and a "copy-mail" to an alternate receipient.
Maybe is also possible to use an SMTP-address outside you company...

In AD-Users&computers, choose the properties of the user.
Choose tab 'Exchange General' and click 'Delivery Options'
At 'Forwarding address' select 'Forward To'
Choose 'Browse' and select the alternate recepient.
At last mark the option 'Deliver message to both forwarding adress and mailbox'.

you can also setup the rules wizard in the user's mailbox. all TO: and cc: will get forwarded except for BCC's.

thanks gang,

i wanted the email link explaining step by step
in creating the Email Enabled Group.

lander,
can you give me more detail on how to do this ?
the user gets in inside, but its not going out now.....
