We have run the Windows update few days ago. Now, we have some email forwarding issue. For example, we have an email called itsupport@mycompany.com. It is a distribution list with 3 emails (the tech support reps). One of the support is offsite most of the time. So we set up his account to forward the email to his hotmail account from the Delivery Option button. After we update Windows, those email sent to itsupport@mycompany.com won't forward to his hotmail account. We test other distribution list and find the same problem. We have double check whether the email is sent in exchange. The answer is no. The funny part is all other emails will be forwarded. For example, if I send an email directly to his email xxx@mycompany.com, it will be forwarded to his hotmail account. Wonder if anyone of you experience this problem.
