Email file from users PC

Is there a way to create a form that will allow the user to select a file from their computer and then submit the file and have it automatically emailed to a list of people? I have already gotten forms to work where they email a list of people, just not where I can attach a file to the email. Any help is appreciated.

Yes, use a HTML file control, save the file to the server and then use Attachments.Add to add the attachment.

How do I save the file to the server, and how do I do that without everyone needing full access to the server?

You can just create the relevant security permissions to a particular folder that users are allowed to write to.
