I have had a couple people getting email failures sending to certain domains the past few weeks. Usually it would bounce back the below NDR and then later the message could be resent and work. This particular domain is not working at all. I have googled and searched for the error but can not find anything. When they send the email I see in queue view that it makes a queue for the domain but it immediately fails. I masked the domain for privacy, I tried sending an email to noreply@trouble.com and it kicked back the same error i tried from a gmail account and did not get any kickback at all. If anyone has seen this before please help. Thank you very much.

Not much point masking the domain. It's on the Internet and people need to send email to it. Publish the domain name so we can all take a look and tell you if there's anything wrong with the records. You can then compare the lookups we get (and share with you) with your own lookups. I assume you've done your own nslookup and tried to send a test message to it over the command line?

fwv-us.com is the domain. I have tried a couple websites that are similar to what dns stuff use to do for free, and it looked ok what I saw. We were sending email fine yesterday until almost 4pm then it started giving the error. Usually if you wait 20 minutes it will let you resend on the ones that have given this NDR before.

It's not an Exchange server taking those SMTP connections and the MX are all fine. Send a message to their postmaster and suggest that your domain be added to their list of trusted domains on the appliance they're using. I've seen this before and it's often down to the other end trying to take precautions against spam etc.

I was thinking it might be something like that. We are blacklisted with AOL/CompuServe for some odd reason they wont un block us. I will try to get a phone contact to see if they have something on thier end stopping us. Thank you very much!

That's never going to help your case. Clearly some messages are going through so it's not a complete blacklist which is half the battle.
Send an email first thing in the morning when you know it'll go straight through. Sent it to postmaster@, administrator@ and a couple more obvious ones.
