Hello, we receive daily emails from a vendor and a few wks ago it starting coming in as blank. At least I thought it was blank. It wasn't until we went to forward it that the text displays. I can see the email contents when I go to reply to it also. When I click on View on the toolbar the dot is next to Plain Text although both Plain Text and HTML are grayed out. I've tried changing my default read view to both Plain and HTML but it doesn't help. I contacted the vendor and they say they haven't changed anything and I contacted the guy that supports Groupwise onsite and he said they haven't changed anything. Somebody changed something!! Has anyone had this problem and can you help me? Thanks in advance.
