Recently installed Exchange 2000 SP3 on a W2K Server environment. All is running VERY well, but email recipients, externally, are now reporting our emails being delivered to their 'Bulk' or 'Spam' email boxes.

Anything I can do on our end to prevent this from happening? Any links to some good resources would be greatly appreciated!

I'm still somewhat new to the Exchange club...so be gentle!

If your mail is being delivered to their spam/bulk mailboxes, then the issue would be on their end/filters, unless you've coincidentally landed on a blackmail list.

I like to use this site, to check a lot of sites from one place.

check your reverse DNS entry @ dnsstuff.com and see if it's correct.

Also run a test on your IP address to see if it's blacklisted.
