email attachments in Outlook 2000

Got a problem !

Running Outlook 2000 in NT4 workstation on a 10Mbit Fibre link, attachments opening fine. Now on a Win 2000 Pro machine, still running Outlook 2000 all large attachments are slow and even impossible to open.

Can you help ?

are you opening the attachments over a network on exchange server?? or are they stored on your PC....if so try deleting the temp files and see if that makes a difference? Jay~

Opening from an Exchange 5.5 server over a 10MBit network. If you switch to Offline folder and open the same attachments, they open fine.
