I have noticed this since upgradng to AVG7 Free edition.
If I attempt to send an email with an attachment AVG puts it (encrypted?) into a folder called QUEUE/ACTIVE.
and it dosnt get sent even though OE moves it to the 'sent' folder.
Next time the PC is started a dial-up happens and the email is sent.
It may have somthing to do with the way that AVG7 interacts with the server, as the AVG scanning dialog seems to show simultanious send and recive and the send information is relating to the mail that dosen't get sent. Its as if OE is timeing out on the send.
I am also not trotaly convinced that this isn't related with Zone alarm Pro which was installed at around the same time as the AVG upgrade.
Can anyone help? As this is extremly annoying.

Life is like a Grapefruit, sort of orangey-yellow and dimpled on the outside, wet and squidgy in the middle, it's got pips inside too. Oh and some people have half a one for breakfast. Ford Prefect.
