Email attachment problems when dialing up

IBM laptop T30, Lotus Notes 5.0.6a, Win98, when this user is on the LAN he can send and receive email. When dialing up to a Domino server he can send and receive email BUT when he attempts to send an email with an attachment the dial up connection kicks off. Has anyone come across this before?

Hi,

Just see how big the attachment is?

If its too big then the mail routing will not happen since MAIL.BOX will make that mail a DEAD one...

Just for testing purpose test it with < 10 bytes file as an attachment.
