Hi All,

I am having a problem with a particular users who's from email address is being displayed a follows: /o=domain name/ou=user group/cn=username instead of username@domain.

The users account is on an exchange 2000 server, and the username@domain is set as their primary email account.

I have looked for any similar posts but have been unable to see any regarding this. If anyone could shed some light on this it would greatly appreciated.

Not sure what's causing it, but a last resort thing you can do is to exmerge the account, then delete the mailbox and recreate it, then exmerge the mail back into it.

I'm Certifiable, not cert-ified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.

Thanks Davetoo,

That is my last resort, although now it seems to be my only one. I am about to do that now.

Cheers
