Can you run basic smtp / pop3 email address on Windows Server 2003 Web Edition?

Still need help with this issue. I took a look at this page ( - under networking and communications) and supposely here, it states that you are able to use Windows Server Web Edition for hosting Email Accounts (POP3,SMTP). We already have one server running Small Business with Exchange server. But for every server to be running Small Business can get expensive. If anyone would know somewhere I can look for any support on this issue, that would be great. Thanks.

Nevermind, I found it. You have to install the POP3 service.
