EM10 - How to customize AR/Maintain Customers

With out the Designer, and not being able to identify the Screen Set for AR/Maintain Customers, could anyone give me a way to customize? Specifically, I need to make some fields mandatory (General Address, Phone number, etc.) and also I need to change Logistics/Back Orders Permitted to be checked by default.

Ive dug through System and can't seem to find anything, perhaps its buried deeper than I was looking?

Thanks Don. It a shame they overlooked this, or removed it as a feature.
 
If you have EM10 you could use Event Manager to notify someone if a new customer was added with the incorrect values or values not populated correctly.

Thanks Peter. I ended up developing a c# screen that allows my users to create a user with basic information.
