I hope I'm just missing something easy but it's driving me crazy, and I'm sure
someone here can help.
I have an SMG running 7.6 that was up and running but not in use by the customer yet.
Working on session manager / system manager that I did not install. Still waiting on training.
The system had to be moved to a new location and re IP'd. we ended up reloading the system
after having problems with the IP change.
All went fine, system was deployed in the system manager UCM and we can see all elements.
The problem is accessing the EM.
Error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) comes up when trying to access EM for that site.
It says IE was able to connect to the website but does not have permission to view the webpage.
I noticed that there is no security certificate for that site and it is the only site when accessed that goes to the fqdn and not the IP address. All other systems work fine.
I redeployed the SMG security as a member server again and it registered no problems to the UCM.
I don't know what else to check.
Any help would be appreciated.
