Just installed a G430 lsp with r5.2 and a em 200 module with a 711 and 717 card.
The g430 has a s8300 with a 711 and 717 card.
Problem is that the cards in the expansion em 200 show "no boards" and if i reboot the g430 it is fine for a day and then back to the same problem.
i have not swapped the 711 and 717 cards from the g430 and the em200 as the site is 7 hours drive away.
Spoke to Avaya and they are telling me that the boards in the em 200 are "BAD" and they are shipping me 2 new cards.
Has anyone had this issues?
I am just wondering what to do if the replacement cards do not fix the issue.

Tx

The firmaware on the G430 needs to be at least 29.24.4. It will fix this issue with "no boards" in the em200.

I agree, I would update to the most recent G430 firmware for CM 5.2, which is either 29.24.2, or there is also a 30.X.X version for CM 5.2.1

I upgraded the firmware on the G430 to 29.24.4 from 29.24.2 and it seems to have fixed the problem.
