elu34 faulty device?

hello
my elu34 have an alarm about faulty in port 19&00 i can initate number in that ports but not worked and not have dial tone and when print in blfdp two ports are block i replace card and problem be fix how can recover the faulty port???

You have Alarm Code 365?
What version of the PBX are you?
Print the extended version of the alarm.
If the code is 365 the documentation says this:
Disconnect and check the cable connected immediately. This situation
may cause permanent damage board
This event will Linefault Set the bit in the blocking information, see
block_list command.
If the ELU34 has reported this event several times in the instrument-bit
Also the blocking information will be set, see block_list command. If this
Stage is reached and the ALARM blocking will not clear itself. Both
blocking and ALARM must be cleared manually, see alarm commands
and block / deblocking.

i have tsw sp 7 i erase all extention in elu34 in bpos 3-1-20 and remove card with bldbi&cnboe and moved to 5-0-50 and initiate all number agian as elu34 after finish all port will be fine but when me call to 3900 & 3698 call faulty music paly when blfdp port 19&00 are blocked and i i use bleqe:equ=5-0-5-00,allfm=yes; bleqe:equ=5-0-5-19,allfm=yes; no be fix how do i ?

At 99% is broken the card. Replace it

If you confirm that the alarm is 365 and you have additional information 1, unfortunately not. It is a hardware problem

i have not any alarm about elu34 card just i use blfdp in list block two port view 00 19 and not any alarm
