We recently had a mainboard blowout. Our telco replaced that board. Now our ethernet connection doesn't work.

in ld 137
stat elnk
says disabled, system fault.

I reconfigured the ip of the primary and secondary in ld 117 to what it should be.

I went to ld 137
enl elnk

got bug6360 which has something to do with a bad ip configuration, and says to check the ethernet chip????

is your ip within the boundries of your mask?.. and are you taking hits on the link. those sometimes have to be cleared before she'll stand up

yes, the subnet is 255.255.255.0 and the address is 192.168.1.33

it's all fine, and thtey're the addresses that the unit had before the mainboard failed.

The transceiver shows the link as active, and it's receiving packets.

Those steps you've just mentioned I've already done. I followed the instructions in the admin manual.
