EliteMail LX not keeping time 2

I have an NEC Elite 192 V9.7 (not IPK) and EliteMail LX 4 port card. The clock loses about 5 minutes everyday. I tried syncing the hardware clock to the software but it still loses time. Every week I have to down the VM and change the clock to the correct time. The card is only 6 months old.

In aust there was a patch released to stop the clock problems. Talk to your tech support and get them to get the patch to you.

There is a patch the will cause the voicemail to sync with a time server on the network and repairs the time issue.

You need an NEC dealer to access it for you.

The patch works and now syncs to a NTP server periodically. It consists of two files: DST2007_clockfix.md5 and DST2007_clockfix.sh
