I would like to know if the user can add there name to there set. So when they call another user there name will show up on there display.

This is a feature that has been added in one of the more recent software versions. I can check shortly for the version you need. In the meantime if you want to see the version on your system simply press feature + 3 on a display phone.

Station Name Assignment - User Programmable came out in software release 4000/4500. The feature has to be turned on in your class of service for it to work.

If was programmed and you have the right version of software, press Feature + 25 to program a new name (
