Elite 192 upgrade to IPK- ACD probs 2

We've been running successfully on an Elite 192 Expanded / 2 Cabinet KSU Version 7.01 with ACD8-U in cabinet 2 slot 8 /port 61. After upgrading to IPK SP 1032 /R2.51, KSU works properly, but ACD8-U will not complete boot cycle. ACD8-U shows all Channel LEDs lit red & BCLR LED lit red, Live LED flasing red, MB LED lit solid. When we put original CPU card back in KSU, ACD8-U boots successfully. KSU has been reset several times. Any help would be appreciated!

I believe the ACD8 Card must be in one of the AP slots, Not the "S" slots.

The ACD card requires quite a bit of programming to boot properly. Mainly it needs DSS keys built for both the pilots and the agents station on the ports themselves. This requires using the SAT software to program these keys. It sounds to me like this has not been done or is incomplete.
