Eliminate light strips

The color on my printer is not good as of late. I ran eliminate light strips 3 times turned it off 24 hrs and ran eliminate light 3 more times and still have missing strips and bad/missing color. Any suggestion

Two things: your cap/wipe/purge or your printhead is broken.

Which model are you using? 300 series or 800 series? The 300 series will require a further 'head purge' which can be performed from the Hidden Service Menu where as the 800 series does this automatically.

There is one other thing that can cause poor head cleaning and that is a physical plug of wax in the vaccum tubes although this is only really seen on the 300 series
