Eliminae 'SEND/DON'T SEND' XP Crash window 1

Does anyone know how to elimate or modify the XP crash window? I'd like to display just a generic window when a program crashes or disable the 'SEND' to Microsoft function. Any tweaks for this?

Right click My Computer select properties. Select Advanced and look for error reporting tab bottom right corner of window.
