my report is showing duplicate jobs due to the fact that some of the promised dates are different. All I want is the earliest date for a current job not the extras. I've tried to supress duplication but the feilds are still showing up. any suggestions on a select expert formula that may help me accomplish my goal?

below is the output im getting.

PLANNING 24 0.00
Job Promised date @late
15120 8/2/2010 0.00

Disregard my last I found a solution in the forums after a bit of digging. Thanks again lbass you helped me once again indirectly.

I'm guessing you used group selection:

{table.date} = minimum({table.date},{table.job})

(Just so this helpful to other readers.)
