Elevator auto dial 1

we have an intercom button on the elevator that auto dials the security desk and we need to change the number, I see a line in TN but not sure how to change it. The line is below


FTR Hot D 12xx

do you want to change the number it dails? Change the 500 TN in LD 10 by entrering:

REQ chg
TYPE 500
TN X X X X

and hitting enter until you get to the FTR prompt and type FTR hot d 4 XXXX with xxxx being the extension you want it to dial

Sometimes the elevators have the type of phones the does the autodailing. In that case you dial the number of the phone in the elevator and change the number the phone dialing out by the keys you push. You would need to get a manual for model of phone in the elevator. You may have to have the elevator people do it.

both port are right, if the phone has cls mnl and a ftr hot d, then you can change it.. if not it is programed from the elevator equipment.
