I have a weird one. We have a customer with multiple BCMs though out the network at different locations. I can put in the IP address and hit the web splash page but won't connect via element manager. Its not until we reboot the BCM that I can connect, then this will last about a day or so then we have to do the whole thing all over again. Not sure if this is something on the BCM or their network causing this.
