Element Manager Wont Work

A co worker cant get into a BCM450 6.0 using Element Manager 62.0.5 and I can with the same software on my pc. He gets a error saying "Exception occurred when trying to connect Detector 'BCMDetector' cannot determine the device type for 10.84.xx.xx. We tried reloading the software and got the same error. His BCM Monitor works fine. It works fine with my pc. It used to work on his, ideas on what happened?

David, I'm glad we found this out quickly last week. Roll back to 1.8-U66 and turn off automatic updates.
