Element manager on win7 1

Hi, I have trouble installing my Element manager 5.0 with my 32 bit win7. Can someone pls. give me a link i can download elemnt manager 6 or later so I can try it. I already try installing diffirent java version but nothing happens...or someone has idea how to install BEM on win7
