Element Manager for MacIntosh/Apple solutions? 2

Is there an application for MacIntosh/Apple solutions, similar to BCM Element Manager or a way to put E.M. on a Mac. It is my understanding that it is solely a window based application?? CORRECT?? need help with administration of customers BCM With all Apple devices on site. I know you can go in over the OAM port with a laptop and crossover cable but customer wants to administer switch themselves.Thanks RA

Nortel doesn't support EM on Mac. Customer could setup a PC/laptop in the phone rm & connect it directly to the BCM LAN port and load EM on it.

Other solution is to provide telset access for the customer.

I access my BCM50E using an Intel Mac 24" 2.8ghz IMAC through VMWARE FUSION which allows me to access my windows XP enviroment on my bootcamp partition within OSX. I don't have any complaints, works just fine.

Mac OS is Leopard 10.5.5
Windows XP Pro Service pack 3
