Is there a copy of element manager on the CD that comes with a new bcm-50. Thanks, Ace

You download the program from the hard drive on the BCM50. CD if I'm not mistaken is just documenation in PDF format.

Hello,
I am having problems with the emergency 911 from a BCM.
I checked the filters, acrive sets and active physical lines but the way i see it there are no restrictions.
is there something I am missing?
The users cant call out 911, using a 9 911 or 911.
they get a message on the display: invalid format.
apreciate all your help.

You might get a quicker answer if you start a new thread on the BCM forum.

yes, to access the PRI lines the (9) is required. In the pool access box there is no 9 as an access code, but it works OK.

The initial 9 is probably a dest code. You may want to take a look at your routing programming.
