Have and Electra Pro and I am trying to figure out why the lines on station 15 will not ring. I have tried to copy set to set but it tells me in programming mode to press LK 6. Only LK's 1-4 will work on the station-10.

DND is not set so that is not the problem.

How do you have the phone programmed do you have trunks on the phone or a car key with cap keys

Yes, trunks on the set itself. We have 2 display sets. One on station 10 and the other on station 15. The rest are non display sets.

I don;t know what a car or cap key is?

You will want to go into MB 4-1 and turn on the ringing for that particualr extension.

What does MB stand for and what procedure do I follow to change it? Thanks!
