How do I change which incoming telco lines are active (since they went ahead and disconnected 6 of them already...)

That is sort of a general question. could you be more specific about what it is you want them to do or not do?

"However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results." Sir Winston Churchill

Sorry about the general question...

The company had 12 incoming lines (in two rollover groups). They disconnected the last few lines in each group to save phone costs. Unfortunately, the outgoing line selection started from the END of the group so attempts to get an outgoing line got dead service.

After painfully trying to make sense of of the IPK programming book, I eventually got to the right place.

This was the "Trunk (Installed, DP/DTMF) Selection". After some more trial and error, I eventually was able to set the disconnected lines to NIL. This resolved the problem.

I got the NEC manual from
which allowed me to get this far.

Thanks
