ELAN ON OPT11C DISABLE

this is the problem on the opt11c rel 4.0 and the ip-line 4.0
when the pbx print this errors the ip phone start a reset
what is the solution......????????

one end of that is down, or you may be getting hits, any broadcast will kill that link.. it needs to be on a physical lan used just for the elan.. vlan seperation is not good enough.. could also be a bad transiever

the hardware is all ok because the database is installed on other pbx and the problem persist.

the elnk is active in ld 137.today i have change the ip address on the cpu and ip-line and i have resolve the problem.Ip address on cpu generate a problem
