I have a CS1000E Rel 5.0, a Contact Center 6 and a Callpilot 1005R. I'm trying to find the correct settings I need to tell the IT people for the Elan and the Clan. Right now they are configured on the same Vlan. The CS1000 Elan is set for 10Mbps/ Full Duplex/ Auto-Negotiation, with Span Tree Fast enabled. Both the CC and CP Elan are 100Mbps/ Full duplex/ Auto, with Span Tree Fast enabled. I do not know the currant Clan settings. The network is set up for span tree.

We also have a MRan MC8 Card. We don't have any SS.

You would need to access both applications via the server and look at the network ethernet settings. The Call Pilot will have an address for a CLAN as well as the ELAN etc.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

Trough the fun of Avaya/Nortel Document searching. I pretty much found what I need to tell IT lock the ports at 100 Mbps, Full Duplex, Auto Negotiate, and Span Tree Fast Port Enabled. Separate the Elan in it's own VLAN. The customer just started having problems with the ELAN losing connection. Hoping a new Router configured correctly will keep the ELAN stable.
