When I Enable the programme to burn a disk (CD or DVD) all works fine till I eject the disk which brings up a blue screen and I have to shut down and re-start. If Disabled, there is no problem. I tried Roxio and got no help.
I've tried three different CD/DVD drives, all the same, so it appears that it is in the Roxio programme.
Any ideas on how I might correct this?

First of all have you got the latest hotfixes for both the OS and the application?

Secondly what version of Roxio is it?

Thirdly what happens if you use XP to burn a CD directly instead of Roxia? Does it cause a problem?

Lastly, download a trial copy of Nero and see if that causes you issues.

The real world is not about exam scores, it's about ability.

The version is Roxio Creator Plus - Dell Edition.
I have all the fixes for the OS and Roxio.
If I burn directly, Roxio has to be off and so there is no problem.
I'll give Nero a try and let you know. It may be awhile.

Uninstalled IE7, made no difference, don't have WMPll.
I will try other suggestions and keep you posted.
