EES not working on consoles

Upgraded to 5.0 on a CS1000M M/G now the EES keys on the consoles don't work. Any ideas?

Not that this is your issue, but I've seen a hundred cases where after any change in the system, Operators "forgot" when the EES keys worked and when they didn't.

Go to the console, call voice mail, get an answer - press EES, dial digits - hope for response. If that works, the Operators forgot.

Tried that and the pagers as well as I had a macro programmed for a specific pager. None work.

Check Customer Data Block - CDB - LD 15 - Print in LD 21
FTR_Data - gate opener
EEST is default NO - End-to-End Signaling Tone to originating party.
DTMF is default YES - DTMF feedback tone
Maybe you have already done this - it's the only thing that comes to mind.

those commands do not turn ees on or off, they either send it to the handset or not.. is your patch level up to par? i would open a case with nortel on this one

Updated patches on Friday night and the problem is solved.
