EditMask and DisplayFormat for TDateTimeField

Hello:
The key field in my table is a TDateTimeField. I need the table ordered by Date and Time. I did two columns in the grid (for the Date and Time parts of the field), but I can't to have two edit masks for the same field.
When I put the field in one column (Date and Time), the result is, I think, ugly.
I can't find a good Edit Mask and Display Format for this field. How can I do?
