Editing login.asp

how does one go about editing the text on the login.asp page. We are trying to cusotmize the projectcolumbia version of NFuse home page. the guy here who does this was able to add some graphics but cannot figure out where the text is coming from.

If it isn't contained in the text, the ASP code may have an #include command. The #include will insert an entire file into the script. This will look something like:
